These are combined transcriptions of notes two students made of a course Dr. Anderson gave on Krishnamurti in 1979. The course was based on the video series ‘A Wholly Different Way of Living’ which records the 18 dialogues Prof. Anderson had with Krishnamurti.

In order to understand the discussions, it is important to view each video or read the transcript of the dialogue along with the class discussion. The bracketed note [Video—Title] shows when the video was watched in the class. The video titles provided in these notes were the ones used in the book compiled from the videos. However, later publication of the videos used sometimes different titles. For reference, footnotes in the following text provide titles under which the videos are currently published.

While it is possible that students made errors during transcription, two different transcriptions were compared carefully and all discrepancies were resolved. Any errors are the editor’s.
